Sustainable processes

I color each piece with my hands, with love, dedication, respecting the time of nature and the people who are part of the process.

Each natural dyeing element (leaves, stems, bark, fruits and flowers) is collected in nearby areas where production takes place, between the departments of Canelones (rural area) and Montevideo, in Uruguay.

Each element is collected considering the season of the year we are in, in order to find them in abundance and that their state of conservation is not threatened. The pieces that make up each garment, one by one, are colored and/or printed in a handmade and natural way, without the addition of chemicals or toxic substances.

We work together with dressmakers/machinists, who are in charge of assembling each garment and their ideas and suggestions are a fundamental part of the design of a new model.

As for fabrics, the main supplier is a Uruguayan company. They have their own factory where they weave and produce a line of organic fabrics in the department of Montevideo.

We produce small collections, incorporating no more than two or three new models, year after year, giving continuity and validity to these timeless classic models. Many times producing custom-made and personalized with the distinctive botanical print and natural dyeing, making each piece unique and durable over time.
